Telemainia Job Review

I have been with Telemainia since the end of February this year.  Although my time here has been relatively short, it has definitely been an extremely positive experience for me.  Everyone at this company has been very welcoming to me. Any questions or issues I may have had have been answered and resolved amazingly fast.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff I have encountered with Telemainia whether it has been online or on the phone.  I am so thrilled to be a part of this growing company and thank all of you for the opportunity you have given me.  I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship with Telemainia.

I would like to add that the attention and education I have received from my Supervisor, Trish, has also been a tremendous experience.  She has been there whenever I have needed any support or assistance in any way.  I am so comfortable knowing I can go to Trish for support both professionally and personally.  She is understanding, helpful, and firm with her handling and help of anything I may need or encounter.

Trish's conferences and training sessions have taught me so much.  I am an older woman and thought I was already informed with most of the situations that may arise while working as a Phone Actress, but I was so wrong.  Trish has been amazing with her instruction and training both one on one and in group training.

I see my opportunities growing most everyday thanks to all of the knowledge I have received from Trish and am looking forward to continued education and opportunities available through Trish and Telemainia.  Thank you.
